At Orthofeet, we are committed to your comfort and offer a 60-day wear test to ensure your new footwear provides the perfect fit and relief. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide free shipping on all US returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
